Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Quickle iOS app, made by Quickle Limited. By using the app you agree to them.
What Quickle is
Quickle helps you collect recipes, plan a week of meals and pre-fill a shopping basket at supported UK supermarkets. Quickle is an independent product: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Ocado or any other retailer.
Prices and availability
Product prices, pack sizes and availability shown in Quickle are indicative and come from the retailers’ own listings. The price you pay is always the price at the retailer’s checkout — always review your basket there before ordering. Quickle never places orders or takes payment for groceries.
Your supermarket account
Basket filling requires signing in to your own supermarket account inside the retailer’s webpage on your device. You are responsible for that account, and for complying with the retailer’s own terms.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Pricing, trial terms and renewal are shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple per Apple ID.
Imported recipes
Recipe import is for your personal, non-commercial use. You’re responsible for having the right to import the content you import, and import volumes are subject to fair-use limits shown in the app.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping through it, no using it to breach a retailer’s terms, no reselling access.
Liability
Quickle is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we’re not liable for retailer pricing or stock differences, retailer site changes or outages, or the contents of imported recipes (always use your judgement on allergens and food safety — nutrition figures are estimates). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Ending or changing things
You can stop using Quickle any time; deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Contact: contact@quickleapp.com, or Quickle Limited, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
